TUBE LASER CENTER : SAEY centralizes multiple processes on a single machine : sawing , drilling, flame cutting, etc. The flexibility of tube laser cutting leads to important time saving for our clients. In addition, the accuracy of our laser work simplifies welding and assembly. The possibilities for the creative product developer are endless. The capacity of our tube lasers : 12 to 610 mm for round tubes, 12x12 to 400x400 for square tubes en 12x12 to 500x300 for rectangular tubes. SHEETS LASERFORM : these fine-grained, hot rolled steel sheets are ideally suited for laser cutting, punching en cold forming. Laserform is a unique product developed by SAEY and stands for flatness, quality and homogeneous properties. Laserform sheets are bought as coils. This enables us to decoil with a very short delivery term. We offer a maximum length of 24m, thickness maximum 20 mm and a width of 2200mm. Our Laserform sheets can also be stretched on request. By stretching the sheets, the risk of hidden tensions appearing during processing is highly reduced. STEEL WITH A HIGH YIELD POINT : Weight reduction continues to gain importance. With this in mind, SAEY has added to its inventory steel plates of various yield strengths, both black and pickled.
